At Bangalore Art Hub, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase and booking. Please review our refund policy below:1. Classes and Workshops
- Fees for scheduled classes and workshops are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- In case of cancellation by the participant, no refund will be issued.
- If a class/workshop is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances,ll approved refunds, it will take 7-10 days for the amount to be credited in the respective payment method
2. Artwork Purchases
- All sales of physical or digital artwork are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged during delivery.
- Any damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
3. Events
- Tickets or bookings for art events are non-refundable.
- If the event is canceled by us, full refunds will be issued.
We have a 2 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Once the return/exchange is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
